Minnesota AFP's 2020/2021 Meeting dates

MNAFP is concerned with the health of our members and are working to determine the best course for upcoming education. We will be hosting sessions virtually to begin with.  We want to keep the same schedule we have in the past, the second Thursday of the month from noon to 1pm.  More information will be coming soon, but the meeting dates are:

  • September 10, 2020 - Treasury Tools to Manage Global Risk in a Volatile Financial Market with Matt Scharpf and Todd Horsager
  • October 8, 2020 - Topic to be determined with Dimitri Delis
  • November 12, 2020 - Topic to be determined
  • December 10, 2020 - Topic to be determined
  • January 14, 2021 - ACH Update with Angi Farren and Jennifer Miller

  • April 8, 2021 - Topic to be determined

May 11, 2021 is the date of the Annual Conference.

MNAFP offers a full range of conferences, workshops, debates and lectures all designed to meet the practical, day-to-day needs of its members. Non-members working in treasury, investment management, finance, and financial services are welcome to attend these events. Focusing on areas fundamental to treasury, investment management, finance and financial services MNAFP provides a variety of topics and forums designed to meet the needs of finance professionals with different levels of experience. Presentations range from core issues and updates on recent developments in treasury and finance to debates on current issues. All events focus on practical application and are designed by a panel of Association members with a variety of skills and backgrounds in these fields.

Conferences & Workshops - Call for Speakers
MNAFP is seeking talented speakers who are objective, dynamic and have boundless enthusiasm for sharing their expertise and knowledge. Under AFP’s CTP/FP&A recertification guidelines programs covering topics in treasury/cash management, investment management, financial services and tools, finance and accounting are eligible for CTP/CCM/FP&A/CPE recertification credits. Upon registering for an event sponsored by the Minnesota Association for Professionals (MNAFP), you are providing MNAFP the irrevocable right to use your photograph for MNAFP advertising, trade and promotion. You waive your right to inspect or approve the photograph(s) or finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. You agree that MNAFP owns the copyright in these photographs and you waive any claims based on usage of the photographs or the works derived therefrom. If you do not agree to these conditions, photography opt-out must be provided via email to MNAFP at the time you register for the event.
