How eCommerce and Digital are Impacting the Evolution of Brick and Mortar

We will discuss the impact eCommerce has on B2B companies who are seeing this evolution as an opportunity to speed up payments and expand sales. In today’s retail climate, its’ well know that competition from rising eCommerce players is forcing brick and mortar stores to operate under a new normal. During this session we will offer best practices for your business and payments model including visualizing yourself as a smaller store with a focused product offering, optimizing your geographic footprint, and considering distribution centers and better customer experience – like loyalty programs, in-aisle checkout, and more – to compete in the evolving retail environment.

This intermediate level program will meet the following learning objectives:

  • Attendees will learn what is the new normal for brick and mortar stores.
  • Attendees will learn about new opportunities for speeding up payments.
  • Best practices for businesses in regards to eCommerce in today's world.
